JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 122 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that as Incharge Headmaster of the school he has forged the signature of the Secretary and withdrawn the amount.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 5.7.2019. There is no material to conclusively show that the petitioner has forged the signature of the Secretary of the School.
