JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 384, 379, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per F.I.R there is allegation of demand of Rangadari from the informant and there is also allegation of assault to the informant and his son against the petitioners and other co-accused.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact, brother-in-law of the petitioner No. 1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68928 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 has lodged a case against the informant which will appear from annexure-2. All the injuries are simple in nature except one injury of Mrityunjay Kumar which is grievous in nature on hand which has not been attributed to the petitioners. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.-215 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the Court concerned.
