JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Goroul P. S. Case No. 117 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 347, 338, 307, 504, 506 and 120B of IPC.

Petitioners happens to be the member of mob and they along with several other accused persons were creating road blockage, as one person has died, as police has not discharged his official duty.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66090 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners. They are only member of the mob, who were protesting against the police along with others, as the police was not lodging the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Goroul P. S. Case No. 117 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
