Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 226 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 279, 353 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and II(i) of Animal Cruelty Act 1960. Allegation as per FIR is that police intercepted a vehicle and seized cows and calves which are said to be the stolen cows and calves.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was not arrested at the spot and he has been made accused on the basis of confessional statement of Akhilesh Gope, who has been granted regular bail vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed by a co-

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the main accused has been granted bail, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 226 of 2016, subject to the conditions under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
