2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Pankaj Kumar, Anshu Kumar and Parshuram Kumar. Petitioner and co-accused Golden Kumar are alleged to have caught hold of the deceased and no overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 29.3.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIII, Saran at Chapra in Taraiya Police Station Case No. 82 of 2025.
