JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to inadvertence in the prayer portion, it has wrongly been typed as "pending in the court of 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur" in place of "pending in the court of 4th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosra, District Samastipur". As petitioner was permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition, petitioner has already made correction in bail petition.

Let the order dated 14.12.2017 be also corrected accordingly and the period for surrender is extended for three weeks from today.
