Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 for the offence under sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code From perusal of the FIR drawn on the basis of Complaint Case No. 614 of 2016 the allegation is against Shashi Shekhar, Managing Director of Gharaunda Construction Pvt. Ltd and Ravi Shekhar who is alleged to be Marketing Manager of the Company. There is no allegation of any specific role played by this petitioner in the entire complaint.
Since the main accused against whom there are specific allegation in the complaint namely Shashi Shekhar and Ravi Shekhar, have been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7348 of 2018(2) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 Annexure-2, series, the court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to this petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 132 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
