Husband of the petitioner died in harness while working as Assistant Teacher. Thereafter, the petitioner approach the respondent for consideration of her case for compassionate appointment but till date there is no decision one way or the other.

Considering the object of the compassion appointment, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the petitioner for

Patna High Court CWJC No.20301 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 compassionate appointment and take appropriate decision within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
