Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 registered under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C. and 137, 145, 147 of the Indian Rail Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Although petitioner is accused in six other cases, but in all cases, he has been granted bail. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway
