Patna High Court CWJC No.13527 of 2017(7) dt.13-07-2018 2/2 Annexures B and C who according to the petitioner are entitled to the benefit under the Bihar Satabdi Asanghatit Karya Chetra Kamgar Ewam Shilpkar Samajik Surakcha Yojna, 2011. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the District Magistrate concerned of the district where the claimants reside is directed to examine the claim of the individuals as detailed in Annexures-B and C and decide it, if required, after hearing the individuals, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
