2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 342, 325, 307, 327/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner took out pistol from his bag and put it in the informant's mouth.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that though, there is allegation against petitioner of putting pistol in the mouth of informant, but there is no allegation of firing.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition and submitted that there is specific allegation against this petitioner that he put the pistol in the mouth of informant. Besides this, petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in three more cases.
