2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Garhara P.S. Case No. 15 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75145 of 2024(2) dt.11-11-2024 2/2 learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners.
