The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of lathi, danda head, due to which he sustained injuriesWhen Sonu Kumar came to save the informant, the petitioner inflicted knife blow causing injury in his abdomen.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 8.7.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66831 of 2019(2) dt.21-10-2019 2/2 politics. A single knife blow is alleged to have given. No repetition of blow has been made. No offence under Section 307 of the I.P.C. is made out. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 8.7.2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 8.7.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. case No.1112 of 2018.
