2. Petitioners seek regular bail for an offence punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-B) (a) 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, three cartridges as well as cash of Rs. 1850/- were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 21.03.2024/ 22.05.2024, respectively. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused Kundan Kumar has granted bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc No.10170 of 2024 vide order dated 26.02.2024. He further submits that name of the petitioners have been transpired from the confessional statement of the co-accused person.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.
6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above name petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M IIIrd, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan(Ghatho O.P.)
