JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 453 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 308, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 41(A), 30(a)(b)(c), 35 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from a Bush with which petitioners have no concern. Petitioners are men of

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S.
