In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018, G.R. No. 186 of 2018, POSCO Case No. 10 of 2018, registered for offences under sections 9, 10, 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and latter on added Section 4 of the POSCO Act.
As per allegation made in the First Information Report, the petitioner is a middleman arranging the marriage of a minor girl, which was being performed at Ramrekha Ghat, led to lodging of the present case. The marriage was solemnized under the catch of CCTV Camera.
Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23014 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 case, let the petitioner, namely, Rajendra Prasad Singh @ Rajendra Pd. Singh, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge, 1st, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018, G.R. No. 186 of 2018, Posco Case No. 10 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been cancelled.
