Patna High Court CWJC No.18496 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/3 Gram Katchehari Secretary either in (i) Gram Katchachri Pokhraira, or (ii) Gram Katchehari Repura Rampur Vishnath or (iii) Gram Katchehari Berua, as after creation of Nagar Panchayat Manikpur, the part of Gram Panchayat Manikpur has become part of Nagar Panchayat Manikpur and rest part of said Gram Panchayat has become part of Kolhua Gram Panchayat and vide memo no. 901 dated 06.07.2021 the petitioner is on deputation at Block Office, Saraiya since the Gram Panchyat Manikpur has lost its existence and further a direction to make payment the remuneration which is due from December 2021 till date."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 6 i.e. the Block Panchayat Raj Officer, Saraiya, DistrictMuzaffarpur, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 6 i.e. the Block Panchayat Raj Officer, Saraiya, District-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18496 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 3/3 Muzaffarpur, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
