Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is suspected to have committed murder of the brother of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not an eye witness of the occurrence and he has been made accused only on suspicion due to previous enmity. Doctor has not found any injury upon the deceased rather found ligature mark and cause of death is due to Asphyxia. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let
