1. The Ld. Counsel for the opposite parties has, at the outset, pointed out that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 25.06.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.12601 of 2019, the

Patna High Court MJC No.4070 of 2019(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 Circle Officer, Daniyawan, Fatuha, District-Patna, has already passed the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 on 04.11.2019, in connection with Encroachment Case No.1 of 2019-20.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such remedies, are are available under the law for execution of the aforesaid order dated 04.11.2019. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The petition stands disposed off.
