2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shyampur Bhathan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code Section 17 of the POCSO Act.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.07.2023. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C revealed that she was in relationship with

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. S.D.J.M-cum-Special Judge 1st Class, POCSO, Sheohar in connection with Shyampur Bhathan P.S. Case No. 70 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
