The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Craft Practices Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that only allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners called the mother of the informant a witch. There is a counter version being Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 124 of 2017 and that is why this false case has been lodged making false allegation. Considering the facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of

No.46471 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 116 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
