The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that specific allegation has not been levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

No.64768 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2018.
