JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bath P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and later on added Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of committing murder of husband of the informant and petitioner is said to have given Supari for murder of husband of informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion and except that there is nothing against the petitioner and she is a lady and has been in custody for eight months and now charge has been framed.

Learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner that

No.68403 of 2019(3) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 there are enough materials against the petitioners to show that she is conspirator in the murder of husband of the informant and at her instance the husband of the informant was killed. Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. However, since the petitioner is a lady, learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible even by conducting the trial regular basis.

Learned counsel for the informant is present and he has assured that he will cooperate in expeditious disposal of trial.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
