====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 79 ltrs of liquor was recovered The petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to cash deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) in the Court below and on deposit of the same, the Court below shall release the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62063 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IInd cum Special Judge Excise, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 237 of 2019. The cash deposit of Rs. 25,000/- shall abide by the final outcome of the pending criminal case.
