JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is not assailant of the deceased or the injured and he is in custody since 27.08.2022, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below.
