2. In view of the materials on record, it is not disputed at the Bar that the admitted dues of the petitioner have substantially been paid. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is some dispute with regard to the exact number of days for which payment has been made under the leave encashment head. He prays that liberty may be given to represent before the University

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

4. If a detailed representation is filed by the petitioner before the respondents no. 3 and 4, they shall look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If any further amount is found due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall also be filed within four weeks from the passing of the order.
