This is an application for bail in connection with Pauthu P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354A, 354D of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of teasing the informant's sister, who is minor.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner and informant are neighbours and an altercation took place between them and due to that he has been made accused on the basis of false and concocted story and there is nothing against him and he is in custody for one month.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46521 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction that once charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner and except whatever stated in the FIR if there is no other allegation against him, the court below will release the petitioner to its own satisfaction, if an application for bail is filed on behalf of petitioner.
