This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 08-02-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7810 of 2018. It has been submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the aforesaid order but he could not surrender in the court below within stipulated time because of unavoidable circumstances.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this modification application is allowed to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioner in the court below is extended for further six months from the date of receipt of the order. In the event, the petitioner surrenders in the court below within aforesaid period, in that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19522 of 2018 (2) dt.04-04-2018 event, he will be released on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order 08-02-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7810 of 2018.

This modification application is, accordingly, disposed off.
