2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 112 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 308, 354A, 427, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons holding with arms entered the house of the informant with intention to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that the petitioners Karu Paswan and Ramashish Paswan

No.73248 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 2/3 caught hold of her and the co-accused Rajendra Yadav and Sahendra Paswan (petitioner) caught hold of Kavita Devi and they tried to take them out of the house then she raised hulla. Thereafter, villagers gathered there then the petitioner Karu Paswan armed with pistol started firing and the other co-accused damaged her house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is a case and counter case between the parties. Learned counsel has further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the alleged offence. No one has sustained firearms injury. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Gaya in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 112 of 2023, subject to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73248 of 2023(2) dt.28-11-2023 3/3 conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
7. This application stands allowed.
