2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The informant suspects that because of land dispute, which is going on between the parties for the last several years, all the named accused persons including these petitioners killed her (informant) husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that informant is not eye-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69860 of 2025(4) dt.01-12-2025 2/2 witness to the occurrence. Petitioners have been made accused in this case only because of land dispute between the parties. During investigation, none of the witnesses has claimed to have seen these petitioners, rather one Ranjit Mandal, who confessed his guilt and has not named these petitioners in his confession.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Naugachhia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No.161 of 2025 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
