JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Complain Case no.1281/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A of the IPC and 4 of the DP Act.

As per FIR, case under Section 498A IPC when demand of one lac and for subject the complainant for torture petitioner happens to be the husband.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that he is still ready to keep her but the opposite party no.2 is not ready to live with him, Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64878 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Complain Case No.1281/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
