The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 dated 07.03.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 198 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, while applying for passport at Delhi had given his date of birth as 10.10.1995 and the address of Delhi. On verification, there was some suspicion and further verification was directed. Later, it transpired that the address of the petitioner as well as his date of birth were different.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has falsely been implicated in this case. In fact, the passport authority had closed the verification of the petitioner and had

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47532 of 2017 (4) dt.08-12-2017 directed him to apply afresh.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.07.2017 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017.
