1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case no.741 of 2023 registered under sections 302, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that after imputing false allegation of misbehaviour against his son, the nine named accused persons including the petitioner herein as also 5-6 unknown persons assaulted his son with lathi etc. as a result of which he died.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner who is a lady has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. She is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71722 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 custody since 22.6.2023 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the general and omnibus allegations in the F.I.R., the petitioner who is a lady being in custody for more than 4 months since 22.6.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S. Case no.741 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur.
