This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Murar Police Station Case No. 02 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to her. In fact, the main allegation of assault on the head of the informant is attributed to co-accused, Laganawati Devi, who has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Moreover, petitioner being the lady, who is said to be of 19 years of her

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45840 of 2017 (3) dt.10-11-2017 age, is innocent and has not committed any offence. No cogent material has come against the petitioner during course of investigation. Hence, the petitioner deserves the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Buxar, in connection with Murar Police Station Case No. 02 of 2017, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
