The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.10.2022, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33419 of 2022, by which the petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 were granted anticipatory bail.

It is submitted that in the order dated 14.10.2022,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9237 of 2023(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 wherein petitioner Nos. 1, 2 and 3 were granted anticipatory bail the satisfaction should be before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in place of learned Sessions Judge, Araria. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the order dated 14.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33419 of 2022 is modified to the extent that in place of learned Sessions Judge, Araria, it shall be read as learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria. The time granted by the said order for surrender of petitioner nos.1, 2 and 3 for furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today.
