The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 registered under Sections 38(a)(b) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of seizure list, it appears that the alleged recovery has been made from co-accused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
