The petitioners seek bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 605 of 2019, Special Case No. 7401 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64876 of 2019(2) dt.24-10-2019 2/2 petitioners and the petitioners have no concern with the alleged recovery. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 18.08.2019.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 605 of 2019 in Special Case No. 7401 of 2019.
