The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45967 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 with Complaint Case No.1435 of 2012 in which cognizance has been taken under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 379, 452 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the complaint and the fact that for alleged occurrence of 20.07.2012, a complaint was filed on 03.08.2012, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 1435 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
