The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.233 of 2016 a case under Sections 384/386/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of ransom to allow the informant to plough his field. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that false allegation is there due to trivial dispute. The petitioner has no claim over the said land. The petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2017. The report reveals that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46562 of 2017 (7) dt.15-02-2018 P2/ prayer mainly on the ground of criminal antecedent of the petitioner and allegation.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge or after three months whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
