2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 223 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 123, 61(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, being the aunt of the deceased, is alleged to have killed the deceased by poisoning.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that in the present FIR, it has also been alleged that the petitioner has also killed her other family members also but no FIR has been

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a woman and there is no evidence against her to connect with the alleged crime, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the concerned Court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 223 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 / Section 482 of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
