The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352 of B.N.S.

As per prosecution case, the petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his brothers with iron rod, khanti etc., due to which they sustained injury. 4.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. No such occurrence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73920 of 2024(2) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 submitted that both parties are residing in the same village and the informant is agnates of the petitioners. There is previous enmity between them due to distribution of land. There is case and counter case between the parties. Injuries have been found to be simple in nature and one injury was reserved. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of injury, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.484 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
