Petitioner is accused in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 247 of 2019 registered under Sections 354 and 448 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.08.2019. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-
