2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S Case No. 912 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 379, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, 4-5 unknown persons took away the loaded truck of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 07.10.2023. It is further submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that victim has already filed compromised

No.75209 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/3 petition which the Trial Court has not taken into consideration and rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner as offences leveled against the petitioner are compoundable offences. It is further submitted that this is a second bail petition filed by the petitioner before this Court and at first time it was rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5180 of 2024 with the following observation:- "The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial preferable within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order and if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period then the petitioner shall renew the prayer for bail before the trial Court."

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
