The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 08 of 2017 registered under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 48300 of 2017 on 17.11.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
