Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2017.

Some other co-accused have already been allowed bail in this case by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. There is suspicion that the petitioner has committed murder of his son due to his affairs with a girl of the family.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and only material against the petitioner is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47987 of 2017 (6) dt.11-04-2018 suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Brahmpur Police Station Case No.39 of 2008, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
