The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 250/2017 dated 27.10.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the co-accused Subodh Kumar Mallick having identical allegation to that of the petitioners has already been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4266 of 2018.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5603 of 2018 (2) dt.08-02-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contention of the petitioners.

In that view of the matter, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- V, Araria in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 250/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
