JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application dated 3.5.2016 before the District Magistrate, Supaul for issuance of gun licence in favour of the petitioner on the basis of the gun licence for his deceased father, who had a valid gun licence, however, no action has been taken.

It is submitted that the District Magistrate, Supaul be directed to expedite the matter.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with directions

Patna High Court CWJC No.20093 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 to the District Magistrate, Supaul to dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, in case the same has not already been disposed of.
