The present petition is by way of third attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Bousi P.S. Case No.85 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, inasmuch as the earlier prayers of the petitioner for grant of bail have all stood rejected.

However, at the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail after lapse
