The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case no. 52 of 2019, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of sister of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle and cash.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64492 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 petitioner Nos. 1 to 5 are brother-in-law, cousin father-in-law, married Nanad and Nanad, respectively, of the deceased and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Jalalgarh P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
