1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2),126(2),109,74,76,117(2),303(2),352,351(2),3(5) of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 3 are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner no.2 has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on 23.05.2025 at 9.30 P.M., the accused persons including the petitioners came in a drunken condition and

On protest, the accused dragged her and tore her clothes thereafter Manoj assaulted by lathi causing injury near her navel while Niranjan assaulted by butt of pistol on her private parts while Kaushal tried to strangulate her. On alarm, villagers gathered and she was taken to hospital and the accused persons fled.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners. It is next submitted that informant is cousin maternal grand-daughter of petitioner no.1. It is next submitted that for reasons best known, the informant has not disclosed her relationship with the petitioners.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application, but then, is not in a position to rebut the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71270 of 2025(2) dt.10-11-2025 3/3 anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Md. Arbaz Ansari, the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, JMFC, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P. S. Case No.377 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. The application stands allowed.
